Domaine des Terres Rouges contributes to maintaining the cultivation of Mustard Seeds in France by calling on Alsatian farmers who thus provide a local raw material, as close as possible to our production workshops. The seeds are crushed with the Meule de Pierre in accordance with traditional know-how.
Finement aromatisée, la Moutarde Gastronomique d'Alsace aux Noix du Domaine des Terres Rouges va sublimer les Vinaigrettes, vos Viandes et vos petits plats par sa belle couleur et son goût unique et authentique.
The Nuts will give a unique and Original Aroma to this Mustard for the realization of quality Vinaigrettes, but also for Grilled Meats and Braised Hams.
