The Summers, to share ...

A powerful condiment.

The horseradish is a condiment tangy and very aromatic made from the root of a plant. The roots are cultivated in Alsace , sorted and cleaned by hand before grated and prepared.

Discover the ready-to-use Sweet Horseradish , a condiment that is always a sensation during festive meals or simply to adorn the table every day! An innovative and refined condiment The pure white color of ready-to-use sweet horseradish instantly catches the eye.

Ready-to-use sweet horseradish is a natural product, derived from a herbaceous plant of the Brassicaceae family, close to mustard and radish, which is cultivated for its long white root.

Its name, "Horseradish", comes from Old French and literally translates to "strong root", which is to say if its spicy reputation is deserved!

Rich in vitamins C, B1, B2 and B6 and in minerals, such as magnesium and phosphorus, horseradish is generous due to its gastronomic and medicinal properties.

Rigorous selection of its raw materials using 100% French horseradish roots, produced only within a perimeter of 20 kilometers around its factory.

The horseradish roots are sorted by hand and then cut and peeled by hand to obtain a pure and refined horseradish. The roots are then crushed to refine the texture. This long and delicate preparation preserves the hot, tangy and very aromatic flavor of our ready-to-use Mild Horseradish.
