What are the average delivery times with Mondial Relay?

Mondial Relay will do everything in its power to dispatch parcels within 3 working days from the time they are picked up for delivery in mainland France. 

For international deliveries, the delivery time is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.

Delivery times Mondial Relay

Victims of its own success, these timescales are considerably longer in the summer and at the end of the year, and can be delivered within 8 to 10 days !

At these times, you should opt for other, faster carriers, such as Colissimo or Shop2Shop by ChronoPost !

In 90% of cases, your parcel will leave on the day you place your order and we'll try to give you an estimated delivery date, so don't delay !

From your Customer Account, under Orders and Returns, you can track the progress of your parcel.

Don't forget to check it !
