Consumers have a period of 14 clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal* without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods**. 

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the trader is obliged to reimburse the consumer for all sums paid for the goods**.

* Excluding personalised products and food products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (short shelf life), goods which have been unsealed after delivery by you and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

** The cost of returning the goods is reimbursed within the 14 calendar day cooling-off period. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

This right does not apply to products marked to the contrary. The right of withdrawal runs from the day after delivery of the goods in the order.

In order to be taken into account under the right of withdrawal, the returned products must reach Déco Alsace.fr in perfect condition for sale within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the request for withdrawal, after which any return will be refused.

To return a parcel, you no longer need to go to your post office!

Prepare your return from the comfort of your home by printing your returns label and leaving the rest to the postman!

No, we do not accept bank cheques.

We offer payment by Bank Card (PayPlug, Alma, PayPal) or by SEPA Bank Transfer.

When validating your basket, enter your promotional code in the box provided. Don't forget to click on "Apply promotional code". Your basket will be updated automatically.

If you have an account with Déco Alsace, please log in using your email address and password on the right.

If you don't have an account yet, create one on the left. For more details on how to create your account: see our Customer account section.

Delivery addresses

Choose a delivery address or add a new delivery address.

Tick or untick the small box to the left of the text "Use the same address for delivery and billing" and choose an address.

You can also modify addresses that have already been created by clicking on the link under the delivery and billing addresses.

Then click on the "Continue" button at the bottom.

Transport

Choose between the different carriers available for home delivery, delivery to a relay point or collection from the Obernai shop.

Don't forget to tick the box "You accept the terms and conditions and agree to them without reservation" before confirming your payment.

Your order has been placed and you have received a copy by email.

If you can't remember your password, click on forgotten password. Follow the instructions and a new password will be emailed to you. You can of course change it later.

Our advice: copy and paste the password you receive to avoid confusion between certain characters.

Creating an account on decoalsace.fr/gb/ allows you, on the one hand, to accumulate loyalty points with each order placed and, on the other hand, to act on your personalisation if necessary.

When you place an order for a personalised product and you notice an error or an improvement to be made, thanks to your account you can act on your personalisation by going back to your order.

Simply click on Customer Account and then "Order". You can then view your current order and track its status.

To make your changes, simply click on the item that is causing the problem. This will open the personalisation tool and you can make your changes.

Remember to click on "Save" in the top left-hand corner of the personalisation window once you've made your change to validate it.

Please note that a change is only possible if your order is in "pending" status. Once your order is in "in progress" status, it can no longer be modified.

A customer account allows you to manage your addresses, your personal details, your loyalty points and your discount vouchers, as well as to consult the history and details of your orders and to view, download and print your invoices.

It also allows you to receive our newsletters, if you wish, and to be kept up to date with our promotions, new products and seasonal products.

After logging into your account, you can view your points in step 1 of the shopping basket.

If you have points, you can use them in full or in part by entering them in the field.

Since 2004, Trésors d'Argan has been the name of the company specialising in natural cosmetics made with Argan oil and distributing its Narjis brand to beauty professionals and private individuals, while La Boite aux Trésors is the trade name of the Obernai shop and Déco Alsace is the name of the online shop attached to the Obernai shop.

Since 2010, the La Boite aux Trésors shop in Obernai has also offered an online store with a wide selection of quality handmade and Alsatian products, enabling visitors to discover local products from small traders.

Go to your Customer Account, Made in Alsace Newsletter section, then tick or untick the box Receive the Made in Alsace Newsletter, according to your preference.
