Delivery lead times apply to all orders placed before 17:00, Tuesday to Saturday (business days).
Orders placed on Sundays (summer & Christmas periods, 11:00–16:00) are only processed (no carrier pickup). Order deadline: 15:00 — carrier collection the following Tuesday.
No order processing or carrier pickup on Mondays.

Cartons Used

From small to large formats, all our cartons are RESY certified, meaning they are fully recyclable. Whenever possible, we reuse cartons in excellent condition to give them a second life for shipment.

Filling Material

Filling Material

For most products shipped in cartons, we use cushioning chips with at least 90% recyclability. They offer high shock absorption and maintain low weight to reduce shipping costs.

Preparation times: orders are prepared Tuesday to Saturday. No preparation on Mondays.
Sundays: preparation only during summer and Christmas periods, until 15:00.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and transport. The final weight used is that of the carrier.

Please group all items in a single order. Two separate orders generate two sets of shipping fees.

  • Delivery: carried out to the address specified when placing the order. Delivery times are indicative and Déco Alsace cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
  • Order tracking: a tracking number is sent via email and remains available in your customer account under "Your Orders".
  • Missed delivery & uncollected parcels: held for 7 days at post offices, 5 days at pickup points/lockers. Automatic return after this period. Return and re-shipping costs are borne by the customer. If no reply is received within 60 days, a €10.00 incl. VAT processing fee applies.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address: return and costs are borne by the customer.
  • Customs & import taxes: some destinations (Australia, Canada, USA, UK, Switzerland, Overseas Territories, etc.) may be subject to customs formalities. Import duties remain at the customer's expense. For the United States, customs duties of approx. 18.5% may apply since August 2025.
  • Notifications: you are responsible for ensuring proper reception of emails and SMS sent by Déco Alsace and the carriers. Please check your inbox and spam folders regularly.

  • Delay & investigation: after 7 calendar days of delay, an investigation can be opened (up to 15 days). If the parcel cannot be located, it is considered lost and Déco Alsace will either re-ship the items (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
  • Proof of delivery — pickup points & mailbox delivery: once the parcel is shown as delivered in the carrier system, no dispute may be raised. Carrier scans prevail including in cases of strikes, mailbox theft or other external causes.
