🔒 Déco Alsace uses a secure payment system built on SSL, the safest and most widely used encryption protocol available today. Pay by bank card, Eurocard Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, Apple Pay or PayPal. Payment by SEPA transfer is also possible.
Your bank details are encrypted and routed directly to our payment bank.
Déco Alsace does not store any banking information: your data never passes through our servers, it is encrypted and processed directly by our certified payment partners (banks, PayPlug and PayPal).
Payment protocol
Déco Alsace has chosen 3D Secure payment. Your bank details are encrypted and routed directly to the Caisse d'Épargne, without passing through our website. No banking data is stored by Déco Alsace.
The VISA and Mastercard networks developed the 3D Secure standard to protect you against fraudulent use of your card. After entering your details, you are redirected to your bank for authentication (date of birth, SMS code, etc.) before the payment is confirmed.
If you disable cookies, some features may be limited (shopping cart, login details not remembered).

PayPlug is a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified solution, the highest security standard for processing and storing payment data on the Internet.

Your actual card number is never shared with Déco Alsace: the payment is processed securely by PayPlug, just like a standard bank card payment.
Apple Pay is not available for delivery to a relay point or in-store pickup: please choose another payment method in that case. For all other deliveries, the address must be one saved in your Wallet (home, office, etc.).
Pay simply and securely with your PayPal email address and password. Available in France and Germany only.
You just need to open a PayPal account and save a payment method (bank account or card). You do not have to re-enter your bank details with every purchase.
Split your purchase into 4 equal payments, at no extra cost. The first payment is made when you place your order, the next three are collected automatically every 30 days.
Available for any purchase between €30 and €2,000, with no PayPal account required.
Financing offer with mandatory down payment, reserved for adult individuals. Credit over a period of 3 months. You have a 14-day withdrawal period to cancel your credit.
Fast and 100% secure, the transfer is made to the Déco Alsace bank account at the Caisse d'Épargne.
To make your transfer, you will need the name and address of the bank, the bank account number (IBAN), the SWIFT/BIC code and the amount. All of this information is automatically attached to your order confirmation sent by email.
Bank transfer is a 100% electronic payment method, with no bank card details to enter.
Your parcel contains a packing slip showing no prices. Your invoice is sent to you by email and can be downloaded from your Customer Account, under Orders. For countries where an invoice enclosed with the parcel is mandatory, the invoice is included in the parcel.
