Online Notice Processing Policy

This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Reviews Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which customers who have purchased products on the Déco Alsace website (hereinafter referred to as the "Customers") and/or users of the Déco Alsace website use the notes and reviews service on orders and products purchased (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") offered on the "decoalsace.fr/gb/" website managed by Déco Alsace to share their experience on the "decoalsace.fr/gb/" website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") operated by Déco Alsace (hereinafter referred to as "Déco Alsace") and/or on products and orders.

To leave a note or review, the Customer or User may go directly to the decoalsace.fr/gb/ website and :

• leave a review of the Shop on the Website ;
• leave a review of the product(s). To do so, the Customer or User must go to the product sheet in question or from their customer account in the Product Reviews and Shop Reviews section.

Customers may also give an opinion on the Site and/or on the products in the following way: once the order has been placed, Déco Alsace automatically sends two emails within the time limits below to Customers inviting them to leave an opinion on the "decoalsace.fr/gb/" website.

This email is sent to Clients

• approximately eight (8) days after the order for reviews on the Site. To give their opinion, Customers must then click on the link in the email which will take them directly to the decoalsace.fr/gb/ website;
• approximately ten (10) days after the order for product reviews. To give their opinion, Customers must then click on the link in the email that takes them directly to the decoalsace.fr/gb/ website;

By leaving a note and/or a review, the Customer and the User guarantee that :

• they are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights relating to the content ;
• all content published is accurate, complete and true to life;
• they are at least 18 years old;
• the use of the content provided does not infringe the Online Notice Policy and/or the general conditions of use of Déco Alsace and does not cause harm to any person and/or entity;
• they respect the image and reputation of Déco Alsace;
• they do not use the Service, directly or indirectly, for commercial purposes.

Furthermore, the Client and the User agree not to send any content :

• which they know to be false, inaccurate or misleading ;
• infringes any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights, publicity rights or the confidentiality of any third party;
• which infringes any law or order, or any decree or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing the protection of privacy, consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination or misleading advertising);
• which is or may reasonably be considered to be defamatory, hateful, racially or religiously biased or insulting, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or enterprise;
• for which they have been paid or have received remuneration by any third party;
• which contains information referring to other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact details or telephone numbers;
• contains viruses, worms or other potentially harmful computer programs or files;
• or which makes it possible to break into a computer system, or to alter the content or commit any of the offences punishable under articles 323-1 and 323-7 of the French Penal Code ("hacking"), or to send unsolicited bulk messages via the Service, a practice punishable under article 226-18 of the French Penal Code;
• disabling or disrupting in any way whatsoever any function of the Service.

Sharing reviews and data with Google

As part of our participation in the ‘Merchant Reviews’ and ‘Product Reviews’ programs offered by Google and/or Déco Alsace, we transmit certain personal data about our customers to Google to enable them to collect and publish verified reviews.

The data transmitted is as follows:

• The first name and surname of the reviewer
• The e-mail address used to confirm the Order

This data is shared solely for the purposes of managing and publishing customer reviews, in accordance with the purposes of the Google services concerned.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights at all times:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectify or delete your data
• Right to object to the processing of your data
• Right to restrict processing
• Right to data portability

The Client and the User agree to indemnify and hold harmless Déco Alsace from and against all claims, demands and damages (direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising from a breach of the Online Notice Policy and/or the above representations and warranties, or from the breach by the Client or the User of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any content that the Client or the User submits, he grants Déco Alsace the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from this content and/or sell and/or distribute and/or integrate it in any form, on any medium or in any technology throughout the world without compensation.

All content sent by the Client or the User may be used at the sole discretion of Déco Alsace according to the conditions set out in Déco Alsace general conditions of use and in the Online Notice Policy.

Déco Alsace does not guarantee that the Client and the User will have recourse to modify or delete any content they have sent. Notes and written opinions are generally published within one (1) to three (3) working days and are kept for as long as the Client's or User's account is open on the Déco Alsace site.

Notes and/or comments relating to Déco Alsace will not be subject to any compensation.

The Client and the User acknowledge that they, and not Déco Alsace, are responsible for the content of their contribution. No part of the content sent will be subject to an obligation of confidentiality on the part of Déco Alsace, its agents, subsidiaries, partners or third party service providers as well as their respective directors, representatives and employees.

For further information, the Client and the User are invited to refer to the general conditions of use and the confidentiality policy of Déco Alsace.

The Service is accessible via the website "decoalsace.fr/gb/" seven (7) days a week and twenty-four (24) hours a day.

However, due to the nature of the Internet and the outsourcing of the Service, Déco Alsace does not guarantee that the Service will function and be accessible seven (7) days a week (7) and twenty-four (24) hours a day (24).

Déco Alsace reserves the right to no longer offer its Clients or Users the possibility of using the Service.

Furthermore, the Client and the User are informed and accept that the Internet Site and/or the Service may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of Déco Alsace who cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Internet Site and/or the Service.

In any case, Déco Alsace cannot be held responsible for any interruption and/or malfunction of the Internet Site and/or the Service, whatever the cause.

The Client and the User are invited to inform Déco Alsace of any technical problem encountered while browsing and/or using the Internet Site and/or the Service by writing and describing the problem encountered by e-mail to contact@decoalsace.fr/gb/.

Use of the Service is subject to French law. The validity, performance and interpretation of this Online Notice Policy shall also be governed by French law.
