At Déco Alsace, your loyalty deserves to be rewarded!

With our Loyalty Points Program, every order earns you points that you can convert into discount vouchers for your future purchases.

With every purchase on our store, you automatically receive Loyalty Points.

These points are credited to your Customer Account once your order is validated and shipped.

Discount vouchers can be combined with current promotions unless otherwise stated.

Loyalty points are valid for 6 months from the date of your order.

Don't wait too long to use them!

Points are awarded only to registered customers of the Alsace store who have completed their order.
The minimum number of points required to generate a discount voucher is 10.
The minimum order amount in which the voucher can be used is €10.
Loyalty points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or assigned between customers.
Loyalty points are a virtual currency that can be used during the payment process.
Points are calculated on the total order amount excluding shipping fees.
Your loyalty points become visible and usable 24 hours after the package has been shipped.
When using a voucher, the customer must still select a complementary payment method.
If an order is cancelled or returned, the corresponding points are removed.
Some discounted or promotional items may not generate points.
