Returns and refunds policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to read our refund and returns policy.
The following conditions apply to all products purchased from us.

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined in the following conditions.
The following definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Orders refer to a request to purchase goods from us.

"You" means the person who accesses or uses the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf that person accesses or uses the Service, as the case may be.
Your right to cancel your order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without having to justify your decision.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision from :

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. We will use the same method of payment that you used for the order, and you will not be charged for this refund.
Return conditions
For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that
- The goods have been purchased within the last 14 days
- The goods are in their original packaging
The following products cannot be returned:
- The delivery of products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if you have unsealed them, or which, after delivery, have been indissociably mixed with other items;
- The delivery of audio recordings if you have unsealed them after delivery (wines, food products, cosmetics);
- Delivery of products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (gift boxes, food baskets, etc.);
- The supply of products likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- The supply of services fully executed by Déco Alsace for which you have accepted at the time of placing your order that we begin their execution, and waived your right of withdrawal;
- The supply of alcoholic beverages whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on market fluctuations beyond our control.
- The price of gift wrapping and/or personalised packaging invoiced will not be reimbursed.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not comply with the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.
Return of goods
Return from France
In the event of a return due to an error on our part
- Depending on the value and nature of the damaged product, a return label will be sent to you by e-mail. This label will be valid for a maximum of 7 days. After this period, the unused label will be cancelled and the return will no longer be accepted.
- Once we have received and checked the goods, we will refund the full amount of your original order.
In the event of a return due to an error on your part
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, which will not be refunded.
- You will need to provide us with a tracking number.
- Your original order will be refunded in full within 14 days of receipt and verification of the returned goods.

We accept no liability for damaged or lost goods on return.
We strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service. No refunds will be made without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.
Return from the European Union/World and Dom
In the event of a return due to an error on our part
- No return label is provided. You are responsible for shipping the package.
- Return costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of €10.00 including VAT, subject to presentation of proof. You will be responsible for any costs in excess of this amount.
In the event of a return due to an error on your part
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, which will not be refunded.
- You will need to provide us with a tracking number.
- Once we have received and checked the goods, we will refund the products from your original order within 14 days.
- The initial postage costs remain your responsibility and will not be refunded.
