If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review this Returns and Refunds Policy.
The following conditions apply to all products purchased from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Returns and Refunds Policy :
- Company (referred to as "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") : Trésors d'Argan Sarl, 4 rue Sainte-Odile, 67210 Obernai, France.
- Goods : the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders : a request to purchase Goods from us.
- Service : the Website.
- Website : Déco Alsace, accessible from https://www.decoalsace.fr/gb/
- You : the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
Your Right to Cancel Your Order
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, take physical possession of the Goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You may do so via :
- The "Product returns / Cancellation " section available in your customer account.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return :
- The Goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days
- The Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned :
- Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery ;
- Perishable Goods, including food, beverages and cosmetics once opened ;
- Custom-made or personalized products ;
- Goods with a short shelf life or expired Best Before Date, where clearly indicated prior to purchase ;
- Services fully performed with your prior consent and waiver of withdrawal right ;
- Alcoholic beverages whose price depends on market fluctuations beyond our control ;
- Gift wrapping and paid personalization options.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Undelivered or Returned Parcel (Non-pickup, Refusal, Incomplete Address)
If the parcel is returned to us due to non-pickup, unjustified refusal, absence, incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to determine further steps.
The return of the parcel results in a fixed charge of €5.00 (incl. VAT) payable by you, as well as any applicable reshipment fees.
For non-food Products, you may choose :
- Reshipment : €5.00 (incl. VAT) + reshipment fees (calculated according to actual weight or the original tariff if shipping was initially offered free of charge), or
- Refund : amount paid minus the €5.00 (incl. VAT) handling fee.
For food Products, only reshipment is available : €5.00 (incl. VAT) + reshipment fees. Refunds are not possible due to the perishable nature of the Products.
You have 60 days from the date the parcel was returned to notify your choice and pay the amounts due. After this period, an additional handling fee of €10.00 (incl. VAT) may be charged.

Return due to our error
- A return label may be provided depending on the product. It must be used within 7 days.
- After inspection, a full refund of the initial order will be issued.
Return due to customer decision
- Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable.
- A tracking number must be provided.
- Refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
- Return requests must be submitted via your customer account.
We accept no liability for goods lost or damaged during return shipment. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. No refund will be issued without proof of delivery.
Return from European Union / International
Return due to our error
- No return label is provided. Shipping is at your expense.
- Return costs will be reimbursed up to €10.00 (incl. VAT) upon proof.
Return due to customer decision
- Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable.
- A tracking number must be provided.
- Refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection.
- Initial shipping costs are not refunded.
- Requests must be made via your customer account.
