Déco Alsace Loyalty Points Program

At Déco Alsace, every purchase earns you points... and every point saves you money! Collect, convert and enjoy discounts on your next purchases.

How does it work?

• ** €1 spent = 1 point **  
• ** 1 point = €0.05 discount ** (i.e. 5%)  
• Example: an order of €50 = 50 points → €2.50 discount
• Your points will be credited to your Customer Account within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Using your points is easy

• Log in to your Customer Account.
• Go to the Your Loyalty Points section*.
• Convert your points into a discount voucher.
• Use this voucher during checkout.

*Discount vouchers can be combined with current promotions unless otherwise stated.

Points validity period

• Points are valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of your order.   
• Don't wait too long to take advantage of them!

Conditions of allocation

• Reserved for registered customers who have completed their order.  
• Minimum number of points required to generate a voucher: 10 points.  
• Minimum order amount to use a voucher: €20.  
• Points are non-refundable, non-transferable and can only be accumulated on the same account.  
• Points are calculated on the total amount excluding shipping costs.  
• Cancelled or returned orders do not generate points.  
• Some promotional items may not generate points.
