Made with passion at the Hepp distillery in Uberach, our traditional gingerbread liqueur is a subtle blend of Ceylon cinnamon, fresh ginger, cloves and star anise.
Each bottle contains Alsatian know-how, distilled slowly to give off warm, gourmet aromas.

Enjoy it neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail (add a dash of blood orange and a squeeze of lemon). It's the perfect way to round off any meal or get together. Ideal as a Christmas gift or souvenir of the region, it also goes well with biscuits, foie gras or chocolate desserts.
Gingerbread Dream
- 4 cl Hepp Gingerbread Liqueur
- 2 cl liquid cream
- 1 cl vodka
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Shake all ingredients well in a shaker, serve in a cocktail glass, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Winter Mule
- 5 cl Hepp Gingerbread Liqueur
- 10 cl ginger beer
- Juice of half a lime
- Ice cubes
Preparation: Pour the liqueur and lime juice into a glass filled with ice, top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of lime.
Christmas Old Fashioned
- 4 cl bourbon
- 2 cl Hepp Gingerbread Liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation: Stir gently with large ice cubes in a whisky glass. Garnish with orange zest.
Gingerbread Crème Brûlée

- Replace one-third of the cream with gingerbread liqueur
Tip: Lightly flambé before serving to intensify the aromas!

- Ladyfingers soaked in a mix of coffee and gingerbread liqueur

Alternate layers of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream in glasses.
Duck Breast with Gingerbread Sauce
- Deglaze the pan after cooking the duck breast with 5 cl gingerbread liqueur and 10 cl veal stock.
Reduce to a thick sauce.

- Apples, pears, onions, raisins, sugar, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, gingerbread liqueur
