The fine bubbles of this Crémant d'Alsace Prestige Bio are persistent and form elegant strings. The aromatic nose is marked by brioche aromas and lightly buttery notes, typical of the great Alsatian cuvées.
Born from the perfect combination of the traditional sparkling method and prestigious Alsace grape varieties, particularly Pinot Blanc, our organic crémants are delicate, lively, subtle and refined. Each sip reflects Alsatian winemaking expertise and commitment to environmentally responsible viticulture.
As a true celebration companion, this Alsatian sparkling wine will be the ideal partner for your parties, christenings, weddings, or simply to open a good meal with family. On the palate, it is a pleasure to drink with delicate and persistent floral notes.
Food and Wine pairing suggestions: Refined aperitif wine, traditional Yule log, fresh goat cheese, salty or sweet Kougelhopf, raw fish like Sushi, Mediterranean tapas.
This Crémant Bio Jardin de TrebogaD, the perfect partner for:

Origin and terroir: TrebogaD (DagoberT reversed) symbolises traditional Alsatian craftsmanship. This cuvée comes from the King Dagobert Cellar, located in Traenheim, in the heart of the Alsace wine region, recognised worldwide for its quality wines.
