Dry, elegant, delicately aromatic
This Alsace Riesling displays a pale yellow colour with bright reflections. The nose reveals fresh citrus fruits and ripe fruit aromas, typical characteristics of the Alsatian terroir. An authentic expression of the Obernai wine heritage.
On the palate, the attack is crisp and direct, with a lively acidity and a long, well-balanced finish, a dry, fruity and easy-drinking wine that perfectly expresses the character of this iconic Alsatian grape variety. Light and versatile, this Riesling Tradition from Cave du Roi Dagobert in Traenheim pairs beautifully with a meal or a relaxed aperitif with friends.
