Pork cheek is a lean meat, a fine and unctuous piece of meat which does not require any particular preparation but a long cooking: the cheek likes to simmer gently in a casserole (about 1h30) simmered with a Pinot Noir, a fine and balanced wine with beautiful fruit notes which perfectly matches the delicacy of the Pork Cheek Nuts.
A really complete dish for 2 people to be prepared with Spaetzles or Knepfles as we like it at home!
