The colour is dark brown with an intense and complex aroma. A sweet and acidic perception with strong aromatic notes, it is astringent and delivers a frank bitterness on the finish, characteristic of Alsatian terroir and the surrounding chestnut groves.
With its very dark brown colour, this honey presents a characteristic caramel aroma, composed of a sophisticated blend of various nectars and honeydews, quite persistent on the palate.
Made from honeydew deposited on the branches of Alsatian fir trees, this Fir Honey has a balsamic and malty smell and aromas, moderately persistent in the mouth, without bitterness or unpleasant aftertaste.
With very light and brilliant color, this monofloral variety displays a supple and generous texture. Its sweet and discreet fragrance is accompanied by a subtle and sweet taste, delicately reminiscent of the black locust flower in full bloom.
This creamy lime blossom honey is very fragrant and slightly minty, leaving a pleasant freshness that lingers elegantly on the palate.

This yellow-coloured Gewurztraminer is a fruity Alsace wine, with a rather round balance, supported by aromas of exotic fruits, with a silky finish. Its subtle aromas of lychees, honey and acacias make it an ideal aperitif wine.
