Mould in the shape of a Soufflenheim Star made from clay, handmade and hand painted in red colour decorated with Alsatian storks, small peas and a heart in the Soufflenheim Pottery workshop in Alsace.

Soufflenheim Pottery is fired at more than 1000°C, this high quality pottery will withstand the firing of your oven without any worries, and is also microwave and dishwasher safe.
Yes, of course, pottery can withstand high heat, but only in the oven, microwave or dishwasher.
Clean your mould with warm water and a sponge or brush (non-metallic) and washing-up liquid. Once dry, store your mould in a dry, well-ventilated place.

You can sometimes see very thin cracks in the enamel on the Red Star Cigognes d'Alsace mold. These micro-cracks are essential if the clay in the pottery is to expand and contract without breaking. They are more or less visible depending on the piece and the colour, and become more pronounced with time and use.
