The Soufflenheim Baeckeoffe Terrine - An Alsatian Artisan Treasure

Baeckeoffe is one of the emblematic dishes of Alsatian gastronomy. This slowly oven-baked casserole of meats and vegetables needs an appropriate container to reveal all its flavours. The Soufflenheim Baeckeoffe Terrine is made from clay from the Haguenau Forest, handcrafted and hand-painted in the Soufflenheim pottery workshops in Alsace. Each piece is unique, the fruit of expertise passed down through generations.

Resistant to repeated use in the conventional oven and microwave, and dishwasher-safe, the Soufflenheim Baeckeoffe Terrine combines tradition and practicality.
