Domaine des Terres Rouges contributes to maintaining the culture of Mustard seeds in France by calling on Alsatian farmers who thus provide local raw material, as close as possible to our production workshops. The seeds are crushed using a Stone Grindstone in accordance with artisanal know-how .
The Magic of Christmas comes to your table! Made in Alsace with a grindstone, this Sweet Mustard instantly transposes you into the gourmet and warm atmosphere of the end of the year celebrations.
Let yourself be inspired by its taste of Honey and Gourmet Gingerbread Spices of Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom and Star Anise.
A touch of this Sweet Mustard will brighten up your Dishes such as Chutney or Foie Gras Toasts. It embellishes your crusted hams, turkeys and capons and will be your secret ingredient for making surprising sauces that will delight your guests.
