Recipe for Pork Chop with Riesling, Tomato and Sweet Horseradish

Serves 4 - Preparation time 10 minutes - Cooking time 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 shallots
  • 10 cl of Riesling
  • 50 cl tomato coulis
  • 3 tablespoons of ready-to-use sweet horseradish
  • Sprigs of parsley
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Brown the pork chops in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and place them on a warm dish. Blanch the chopped shallots in the pan, add the Riesling d'Alsace, the tomato coulis and reduce by half. Add the ready-to-use sweet horseradish and season with salt and pepper.

Pour this hot sauce over the pork chops and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
