Alternatively, before baking, sprinkle your pretzels Poppies Seeds, Sesame, Linen .... or grated cheese and bacon ...
Let your ideas run free! Feel free to shape your pretzels much smaller or much larger.
In Alsace we also offer them in Mauricettes (Mauricettes): a small loaf of about 60 g that we then garnish like a small Sandwich, a Delight!
Bretzel is a traditional savory pastry typical of South Germany, Alsace, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland, made from Brioche dough, poached in a baking soda solution, in the shape of a knot or arms intertwined, and covered with splinters of Coarse Salt.
Nothing's easier. Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs have thought of everything: The dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags, you just have to follow their instructions, add a little water and butter and you are sure to work wonders and happy people!
