Fanny & Fabrice

Fanny & Fabrice, that's just the two of us ! Having chosen the crazy bet of working together, we have been established as pastry chefs in the beautiful Villé valley since 2002.

As we like to differentiate ourselves, in June 2016 we launched a range of Alsatian pastry kits.

Fabrice, a lifelong chocolatier, pastry chef and ice cream maker, has been self-employed for 20 years and trained with John in Ribeauvillé, a pastry chef renowned for his expertise. Passionate about his job, he never stops testing new recipes and trying to improve his products.

When Fanny met Fabrice, she discovered his trade and, under the spell, decided to get involved in the business by taking care of deliveries. 

They settled in Neubois, a peaceful village in the mountains. 

They live in the heights, which gives them an unrestricted view of the valley. Their "Labo", attached to their house, allows Fabrice to let his imagination run wild. 

The neighbours can enjoy the gourmet smells that emanate from it.
