Body Scrub Brush with handle

The body scrub brush can be used from the feet to the neck:

Scrubbing the feet: start at the top, concentrating on the nails and toes, then work your way up with dynamic gestures, then the arch of the foot.

Leg scrub: from the bottom to the top of the legs, reducing the pressure on the inside of the thighs (the skin is thinner), then halfway up the thighs, using evacuation gestures whilst moving up towards the buttocks.

Scrub the stomach: gently brush with small rotating movements, then move to the back, stimulating the lower back towards the buttocks. Avoid the thinner areas of the skin and work your way up to the arms.

Arm scrub: start with fingertips and top of hand, then work your way up to the elbow, ending with the armpits. Gently brush the inside of the forearms near the armpits where the lymphatic ganglion chains are located and finish the massage gestures by removing the brush at armpit level.

Scrubbing of the neck and shoulders: move from one arm to the other, going up to the nape of the neck, the warm-up caused by the brushing will relieve the knotted trapezius.
