Himalayan Pink Salt Soap

Himalayan Salt Soap is naturally rich in minerals and contains over 84 minerals and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and iron that are beneficial to the body and skin. 

Himalayan Salt Stones are very popular because of their versatile application in skin care, deodorants and massages.

Use in Skin Care:

Himalayan Salt contains sodium chloride as well as all kinds of essential minerals and trace elements that have a hypotensive, revitalising, disinfecting and antibacterial effect. 

Suitable for skin problems such as eczema and acne, as well as for clammy feet or foot fungus.

Directions: Wet the crystal salt stone as you would a bar of soap and rub it all over your body. Rinse with water or leave the salt on your skin overnight, then rinse. After a while, the stone will disintegrate and you can use the remains for a foot bath.

Use as a deodorant:

The antibacterial effect makes Himalayan Salt very suitable as a deodorant stone. 

The salt leaves a protective layer that helps prevent the formation of odour-causing bacteria. 

A natural and chemical-free alternative to commercial deodorants.

Directions for use: Wet the stone and rub under your armpits, as you would with any other deodorant stick.

Use as a Massage Stone:

Massage with a Salt Crystal Massage Stone improves circulation in the skin, muscles and connective tissue. 

It has a relaxing and detoxifying effect, purifies the skin and makes it soft.

Directions for use: Heat the massage stone with your hands or in a microwave oven (about 30-45 seconds at 700 Watt). 

Massage large areas of the body with the flat ends of the massage stone and small areas of the body with the rounded ends.

To facilitate the massage, a massage oil can also be used (e.g. jojoba oil or coconut oil). 

However, due to the porous nature of salt crystal stones, they cannot become oil-free afterwards, so please bear this in mind.
