Use in Skincare:

Suitable for skin problems such as eczema and acne, as well as for clammy feet or foot fungus. Its natural texture respects the balance of your epidermis.

Directions: Wet the crystal salt stone as you would a bar of soap and rub it all over your body. Rinse with water or leave the salt on your skin overnight, then rinse. After a while, the stone will disintegrate and you can use the remains for a relaxing foot bath.

Directions for use: Heat the massage stone with your hands or in a microwave oven (about 30-45 seconds at 700 Watt). Massage large areas of the body with the flat ends of the massage stone and small areas of the body with the rounded ends.

To facilitate the massage, a massage oil can also be used (e.g. jojoba oil or coconut oil). However, due to the porous nature of salt crystal stones, they cannot become oil-free afterwards, so please bear this in mind.
