Prepare a real Gingerbread Alsace (450 gr) Little Alsace to taste in family or friends very easily thanks to the bread preparation kit Spices  Alsace developed by Confectioners Fanny and Fabrizio.

Indeed, the origin of Gingerbread goes back very far in history: already from the time of the ancient Egyptians when we consumed Honey Bread , then the Greek Aristophane mentions Melitounta made from sesame flour and smeared with Honey while Athenaeus sells the Melilates made in Rhodes .

It was in 1453 that the famous Lebkuchen in Alsace was mentioned for the first time, at the table of the Monastery of Marienthal (Côté Haguenau). Since then, several factories have flourished, and there is even a Gingerbread Museum in Gertwiller !

Nothing's easier. Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs have thought of everything: The dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags, you just have to follow their instructions, add a little water and you are sure to do wonders and happy people, especially since the Mold is included in this Kit.

Wheat flour type 55, Honey, Semolina sugar, Whole egg powder, Chemical yeast, Gingerbread spices (Cinnamon, Star anise, Clove, Ginger, Cardamom, Nutmeg, White pepper, Sugar) and Milk powder whole.

Allergies: Product containing egg and gluten, made in a workshop that uses nuts and dairy products, celery, sesame, pistachios, mustard and soy.
