Our gift baskets are fully customisable: you choose the products yourself from a carefully selected range of Alsatian specialities. All categories are optional, you can fill your basket as you wish, selecting just one product per category. Here is how to proceed, step by step.
From the shop or category page, find the gift basket of your choice from our selection of customisable sets.
Click on the basket to open its product page. There you will find all available categories, displayed as expandable accordion sections.
The first category opens automatically when you arrive on the product page. If it does not interest you, close it by clicking on it and move on to the next one. If you wish to choose a product, click on its thumbnail: once your choice is made, the category closes automatically and the next one opens. Repeat the process through to the last category.
Click on a product image to add it to your basket. The thumbnail is highlighted and the counter switches to 1/1 to confirm your choice. Please note: only one selection is possible per category, you cannot choose two products from the same family. To change your mind, click again on the selected thumbnail to deactivate it, then choose another product.
Once all categories have been browsed, the accordions close again. You can check your composition by looking at the badges displayed on each category: a 1/1 badge indicates that a product has been successfully selected, a 0/1 badge means the category is still empty. The current price of the gift basket updates in real time at the bottom of the page. Once you're satisfied, click "Add to cart": your gift basket is added just like any other product on the site.
Please note: if you refresh the page before adding it to your cart, your configuration will be lost and you will need to start over. Once your order has been confirmed and paid, the composition of your gift basket is final and cannot be modified.
Please note: the photo of the gift basket shown on the product page is not contractually binding, it illustrates an example of a possible composition.
In the cart, you will find the full details of your personalised basket with the list of each selected product. At this stage it is no longer possible to modify the products directly from the cart. If you wish to change your composition, remove the basket from the cart and restart the configuration from the product page, your previous selection will not be saved.
