Alsatian Lamala preparation kit

Prepare a batch of 2 real Alsatian Lamalas ( Lamb Pascal or Lammele ) of 550 gr of the Petit Alsacien to enjoy with family or friends very easily thanks to the Lamala preparation kit developed by Pastry chefs Fanny and Fabrice.

Lammele is a Biscuit in the shape of a Lamb that is traditionally made at Easter for children.

It consists of a sponge cake type cookie dough, which takes the shape of a lamb in a terracotta mold made up of two assembled shapes.

For the realization, nothing could be simpler. Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs have thought of everything: The dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags, you just have to follow their instructions, add a little water and you are sure to make wonderful Alsatian Lamalas.

To prepare Lamalas Alsatian, you can either use a food processor or work by hand.
