Authentic Alsatian craftsmanship
Prepare real Alsatian Spaetzles for 6 people (680 gr) from Le Petit Alsacien to enjoy with family or friends very easily thanks to the Spaetzles preparation kit developed by pastry chefs Fanny and Fabrice.
The Spaetzles are proof that China and Italy do not have a monopoly on pasta in the world. Spaetzle is a pasta product found in Alsace and Germany, its lands of origin. These small, thread-shaped noodles made from wheat flour, water or milk, eggs and salt regularly appear in traditional Alsatian menus.
For the manufacture, nothing could be simpler. Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs, have thought of everything, the dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags. You only need to follow their instructions, add a little water and you are sure to prepare wonderful Alsatian Spaetzles that will delight your guests.
