The Spaetzles are proof that China and Italy do not have a pasta monopoly in the world. Spaetzle is a pasta that can be found in Alsace and Germany, its land of origin!
Spaetzles are small, thread-shaped pasta made from wheat flour, water or milk, eggs and salt. They are often found in Alsatian menus.
However, for the manufacture, nothing could be simpler. Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs have thought of everything: The dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered bags, you just have to follow their instructions, add a little water and you are sure to make wonderful Alsatian Spaetzles.
