Mondial Relay does everything possible to deliver parcels within 3 working days from collection for deliveries within mainland France. For international deliveries, the timeframe is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destination.

Watch out for peak periods

Due to its popularity, these timeframes are considerably extended during the summer season or at year-end and can reach 8 to 10 days. During these periods, we recommend choosing faster carriers such as Colissimo or Shop2Shop by ChronoPost.

Collection Deadlines at Lockers and Relay Points®

Collecting your parcel on time is essential to avoid automatic return to the sender. Whether you are in France or Europe, deadlines vary depending on the type of collection point.

In France

When your parcel arrives at a Locker or Relay Point®, you have five calendar days to collect it, including Sundays and public holidays.

For example : a parcel delivered on Wednesday must be collected by the following Monday at the latest.

• France : 5 days at Lockers and 5 days at Relay Points
• Belgium : 5 days at Lockers and 5 days at Relay Points
• Spain : 8 days at Lockers and 8 days at Relay Points
• Italy : 7 days at Lockers and 7 days at Relay Points
• Luxembourg : 5 days at Lockers and 5 days at Relay Points
• Netherlands : 5 days at Relay Points
• Poland : 48h at Lockers (72h for indoor Lockers) and 72h at Relay Points

Security and Vigilance - Mondial Relay Cyberattack of December 2025

In December 2025, Mondial Relay fell victim to a cyberattack on 23 December. This incident led to the exposure of certain customers' personal data : name, email and postal addresses, phone number and logistics data. No banking data, passwords or payment methods were compromised.

Following this incident, targeted fraud attempts were observed via email or SMS, posing as Mondial Relay or a retailer. Stay vigilant.
