Each bite reveals the Alsatian heritage passed down through generations, thanks to the careful selection of honey of the finest quality and a subtle balance between 7 remarkable spices that bestow upon this authentic traditional gingerbread its unforgettable flavour.
Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove... can you identify all the secrets of this ancestral recipe? This delightful Alsatian speciality harmoniously combines candied citrus peels, almonds and hazelnuts for a melt-in-the-mouth texture and an enchanting aroma.
