Earl Grey Black Tea Mallow Flowers, Alsatian Delight from Obernai
Earl Grey Black Tea Mallow Flowers is used to improve mental alertness as well as learning, memory and information processing skills. Also rich in anti-oxidants, black tea is said to combat skin aging.
Black tea, known by the Chinese as red tea due to the copper-coloured infusion, is a tea with a very pronounced flavour.
Created for the English Prime Minister Charles Gray over 180 years ago, this unique fresh-tasting blend has become a favourite in England. A true reference of classic black tea which we offer here in a regional version.
The Mallow Flower is particularly present in our Alsatian landscapes and its presence is indicative of the proximity of a past or present dwelling. This authentic floral accord with the delicious Earl Grey will charm this moment of tasting.
For a complete and fragrant Earl Grey experience, this black tea variety is the perfect choice. Ideal as an Alsace gift or souvenir of our regions, it is enjoyed classically in a teapot that can be used to prepare a wide variety of teas and infusions and enjoy the freshness of the neutral walls.

Black tea (97,5%), Mallow, Flavouring.
This product may contain traces of gluten, egg, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, sesame seeds and sulphites.
Net weight: 50 gr
Instructions for use
- 10 gr to 15 gr per litre (2 gr to 3 gr per 200 ml cup)
- 90°/95°C
- 3 to 4 minutes
The supplier shall endeavour through appropriate organisational measures and regular cleaning of the mixing and feeding systems to keep the risk of infiltration of potentially allergenic substances as low as possible.
Measures are in place to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, however, a guarantee of total absence of traces cannot be provided.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
