Green Tea Elixir de la Winstub
The Elixir de la Winstub combines Organic Sencha green tea with Ginger and Lemon Peel, lifted with a touch of Lemongrass, for a bright and invigorating cup. Its name pays tribute to those cosy little rooms where people love to gather over a comforting drink, here reimagined in a green tea version.
Green tea and citrus are traditionally associated with clarity and revitalisation, while ginger brings warmth and digestive comfort. A sparkling infusion, ideal to start the day or accompany a wellness break.
It's an excellent source of antioxidants, known to support the immune system and healthy cell function. This drink is traditionally enjoyed in a teapot, allowing the freshness of the aromas to fully unfold.

Preparation
- 🍵 2 to 3 gr per 200 ml
- 🌡️ 70 to 80°C
- ⏳ 3 to 4 minutes
