Midsummer Night
Midsummer Night blends Red Tea, Sencha Green Tea, Hibiscus, Kiwi, Apple and Rose Hip into a vibrant, fruity infusion. Its name evokes the tradition of midsummer bonfires marking the summer solstice, a moment of celebration and light still very much alive in Alsace.
This blend is known for its refreshing character, often associated with natural hydration and gentle revitalisation, for a light and joyful drink.
A bright cup, often associated with balance and a pleasant moment of pause, traditionally enjoyed in a teapot to fully savour its fruity aromas.

Ingredients
Salt, flavouring, cut Hibiscus, citric acid (E330), ascorbic acid (E300)*, Sencha green tea, Pu-erh red tea, freeze-dried strawberry, Rose hip, Kiwi (kiwi 56%, sugar, acidifier citric acid, colouring E141, antioxidant sulphur dioxide), Apple (apples approx. 97%).

This product may contain traces of gluten, egg, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, sesame seeds and sulphites.

Preparation
- 🍵 2 to 3 gr per 200 ml
- 🌡️ 90 to 95°C
- ⏳ 4 to 5 minutes
The supplier strives, through appropriate organisational measures and regular cleaning of mixing and feeding systems, to keep the risk of contamination from potentially allergenic substances as low as possible.
Measures are in place to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, however a complete guarantee against traces cannot be provided.
