The Alsatian Baeckeoffe with 3 meats in Twist 750 Gr pots is a typically traditional Alsatian specialty and dish whose preparation and marinade spreads over 24 hours, composed of several meats and vegetables in a white wine marinade and its spices.
Cooked in an earthenware terrine (called Baeckeoffe mould), it is composed of several meats (Pork shoulder, Beef neck and Mutton meat) and vegetables (Carrot, Leek, Onion and Potatoes in a White Wine marinade and its spices.
A really complete dish for 2 people with vegetables and meat that melts in the mouth, just like we like at home!
