Exceeding the BBD does not make the food unsafe, but it may have lost some of its nutritional or taste qualities (aroma, texture, etc.).
- The cheek of pork is a lean meat, a fine and unctuous piece which does not require any particular preparation but a long cooking: the cheek likes to simmer gently in a casserole (about 1h30) simmered with a Pinot Noir, a fine and balanced wine with beautiful notes of fruits which perfectly matches the delicacy of the Noix de Joue de porc.
- Knepfles are a typical Alsatian pasta which is cooked in butter in a frying pan and is the ideal accompaniment to game: Marcassin, Roe Deer or Hare stew. Their original shape lends itself to all sorts of culinary creations.
- Pinot Noir Tradition is a dry, fruity, easy-drinking wine with the aromatic expression and varietal character of the grape variety. Light and fruity, this Pinot Noir is the wine for every occasion.
A really complete dish for 2 people with Knepfles, meat that melts in the mouth, and an excellent Pinot Noir as we like it at home.
