The Components of a Memorable Meal
The Pork Cheek with Pinot Noir 750 gr represents the pinnacle of Alsatian charcuterie. This lean and refined meat offers an unctuous texture that requires no complex preparation, but appreciates slow and prolonged cooking. Simmered for about 1.5 hours in a casserole dish, it reveals its full delicacy when bathed in an excellent Pinot Noir, this fine and balanced wine with beautiful fruity notes that pairs perfectly with the subtlety of this rare delicacy.
The Knepfles d'Alsace à l'Ancienne constitute the ultimate accompaniment. These specifically Alsatian pastas, golden-fried in creamy butter, shine particularly well alongside game: Marcassin stew, Roe Deer or Hare ragout. Their original shape lends itself to all sorts of innovative culinary creations whilst respecting ancestral traditions.
The Pinot Noir Tradition 75 cl magnificently completes this gustatory journey. This dry, fruity and easy-drinking wine expresses the full aromatic expression and the varietal typicity of the emblematic grape of Alsatian vineyards. Light and fruity, this Pinot Noir adapts to every moment, from daily life to special occasions.
