The Sauerkraut Garnie, the Coq au Riesling and the Baeckeoffe aux 3 Viandes are Alsatian Specialities prepared by hand with pork, beef, mutton or French poultry in Alsace.

  • The Alsatian Baeckeoffe with 3 Meats is a speciality and a typically traditional Alsatian dish whose preparation and marinating takes more than 24 hours, composed of several meats and vegetables in a White Wine marinade and its spices.
  • The Alsatian Sauerkraut is an Alsatian Speciality, prepared by hand with pork meats. Sauerkraut is a true regional tradition in Alsace.
