This historic building is privately owned and is one of the few Gothic structures still preserved in the town. The entire complex, comprising the main building, annex with balustraded gallery, boundary wall, monumental gate, wrought-iron railings and drinking trough in the courtyard, has been listed as a Historic Monument since 15 October 1992.
