Artisanal Alsatian Craftsmanship

Manufactured in Alsace, the Artisanal Mirabelle Terrine by Cigognes Products embodies the gastronomic heritage of Obernai. This Alsatian speciality harmoniously blends French pork with mirabelles, a distinctive fruit of the regional terroir. Each terrine demonstrates artisanal production respecting the culinary traditions of the Upper Rhine.

The Meat used to make this product is from France!

This mirabelle terrine constitutes a genuine Alsatian souvenir, perfect as an Alsace gift for sharing regional gastronomic traditions. Authentic Made in Alsace product, crafted following methods transmitted across generations.

Pork throat 43% (France), pork meat 17% (France), pork liver 17% (France), mirabelles 16%, mirabelle liqueur 3% (alcohol volume 45°), salt, onions, milk proteins, sugar, spices.
