Instructions for use
Clean your soufflé mould with warm water and a sponge or brush (non-metallic) and washing-up liquid. Once dry, store your mould in a dry, well-ventilated place to preserve all its qualities.
You can sometimes notice in the 16 cm soufflé mould very fine cracks in the glaze. This cracking is essential to allow the pottery clay to expand and contract without breaking. They are more or less visible depending on the piece and colour, and become more pronounced over time and with frequent use. This characteristic is the signature of authentic craftsmanship.
