The Soufflenheim potteries, fired at over 1000°C, offer exceptional durability. They withstand high oven temperatures without any problems and can safely be used in the microwave and dishwasher.

You may sometimes notice very fine cracks in the glaze of the 16 cm soufflé mould. These micro-cracks are necessary to allow the clay to expand and contract without cracking during thermal shocks. They are more or less visible depending on each piece and colour, and naturally become more pronounced over time and with repeated use.
