Inspired by Alsatian culinary heritage, the Strasbourg Terrine with Gewurztraminer is an artisanal creation by La Conserve-Ried, handcrafted in Ichtratzheim by Foie Gras du Ried. This specialty pairs rich pork and duck liver with the aromatic elegance of Alsace's iconic white wine.

Presented in a convenient 90g glass jar, this artisanal terrine features a delicate balance between character, softness, and refinement. The fruity and spicy notes of the Gewurztraminer complement the smooth richness of the duck liver for a truly memorable gourmet experience.

Chef Francis's Serving Suggestions

Enjoy this terrine spread on seeded bread or lightly toasted baguette. Pair with crunchy raw vegetables for freshness, or add sweet mustard or onion chutney to elevate the flavors.
