These delightful little Alsatian cakes are perfect to accompany coffee or tea. They are also delicious served with ice cream or yoghurt for a light and indulgent dessert. The generous blueberry filling offers a sweet and slightly tart flavour that contrasts beautifully with the softness of the gingerbread.

Wheat flour, 25% blueberry filling (glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, 3.6% blueberry puree, concentrated blueberry pulp, 5% fruit equivalent, flavouring, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: calcium lactate, sodium citrates), 21% honey (from EU and non-EU), sugar, invert sugar syrup, salted egg yolk (egg yolk, salt), raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium carbonate, flavouring.

Possible traces of milk and soy.
