To be used without moderation for this Alsatian specialty and other regional cooked dishes.
With a subtle blend of coriander, parsley, leek, thyme, celery, pepper, nutmeg, laurel and clove, this delicious spice blend will be the ideal ally in the preparation of your traditional Alsatian Baeckeoffe. Season according to your taste buds and personal preferences.
