Alsatian Spices for Homemade Gingerbread
Authentic Alsatian Craftsmanship
This delicious spice mix for gingerbread will allow you to prepare delicious homemade gingerbread, tender and wonderfully flavorful! Also to be used in your various preparations of small biscuits, small shortbread and other traditional Alsatian confectionery.
With a subtle blend of green anise, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom and nutmeg, this delicious spice mixture becomes an essential ally in preparing your homemade gingerbread. Use 6 to 20 grams of spices per kilogram of flour to create gingerbread ranging from mildly spiced to boldly aromatic, tailored to your taste preferences.
We suggest adding this spice blend to applesauce, but also to enhance various jams or sprinkle on custard tart, without forgetting excellent apple tarts or quetsch plum tarts. This spice mixture will elegantly elevate all your sweet preparations with authentic Alsatian character.
Presented in a sealed verrine with a precision lid, ready to enhance your Alsatian kitchen.
