Clean your snail dish with warm water, a sponge or brush (non-metallic) and mild washing-up liquid. After complete drying, store your dish in a dry and well-ventilated place. To extend the life of your artisanal pottery, avoid sudden thermal shocks.
You can sometimes notice very thin cracks in the enamel of the 6-hole snail dish. These micro-cracks are essential for the clay in the pottery to expand and contract with temperature changes without breaking. They are more or less visible depending on the piece and colour, and become more pronounced over time and with frequent use, marking the history of each unique object.
