Fine and fragrant, this Vine Peach Liqueur captures all the aroma of this small Alsatian fruit with its pink-tinged flesh. Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif, lengthened with a Riesling or a Crémant for an original Kir, or simply as a digestif after your meal.
Founded in Hohwarth in 1958 by Fridolin Meyer, the Meyer distillery built its reputation on distilling regional fruits before expanding its range to single malt and blended whiskies from 2007 onwards.
The vine peach, smaller and more fragrant than the classic peach, traditionally grows at the foot of the vines in Alsatian vineyards. Turned into an artisanal liqueur, it joins the ranks of the great Alsatian digestifs alongside Gewurztraminer Marc, Williams Pear or Raspberry. The region offers many other specialities to discover: Mirabelle, Kirsch, Quetsches, Fir Liqueur, Blueberry, Violet, Gentian, Wild Plum or Whitebeam.
Made using know-how passed down through several generations, this liqueur stands out for its roundness and its pronounced fruity character, far from the artificial flavours sometimes found elsewhere.
