to enjoy with family or friends very easily thanks to the Bredelas preparation kit developed by pastry chefs Fanny and Fabrice. This innovative kit allows you to prepare 1200 gr of these delicious treats like a true Alsatian pastry chef.
Bredelas are traditionally prepared during the Advent season and announce the festive celebrations at the end of the year, a unique tradition rooted in Alsace since the late Middle Ages. Indeed, until the last world war, these small biscuits decorated the branches of the Christmas tree before the famous blown glass bauble replaced them. These small dry biscuits held an almost spiritual significance in Alsatian tradition.
However, Bredelas Alsaciens du Petit Alsacien are so delicious that they can be made throughout the year to accompany your coffee or treat your children to afternoon tea. Their inimitable taste and varied shapes make them an essential delicacy of Alsatian gastronomy.
Nothing could be simpler! Fanny and Fabrice, our passionate pastry chefs, have thought of everything, the dry ingredients are weighed and packaged in numbered sachets, you simply need to follow their instructions, add a little water and butter and you are guaranteed to work wonders and make happy people around you!

Type 55 wheat flour, Icing sugar, Whole egg powder, Caster sugar, Gray almond powder, Cinnamon, Anise grain.

Made in a workshop that uses dairy products.

Additional products needed,
- 180 ml of water (3 x 30 ml for the pasta and 90 ml for the gilding)
- 225 gr of butter or margarine at room temperature (3 x 75 gr)
