The Potteries of Soufflenheim are fired at more than 1000°C, these high-quality ceramics will withstand the firing of your oven without any concerns, and are also suitable in the microwave and in the dishwasher.

Clean your Cake Dish with warm water and a sponge or brush (non-metallic) and washing-up liquid. Once dry, store your dish in a dry, well-ventilated place.
You can sometimes see very thin cracks in the enamel of the Cake Dish. These micro-cracks are essential to allow the clay in the pottery to expand and contract without breaking. They are more or less visible depending on the piece and the colour, and become more pronounced with time and use. This authentic characteristic demonstrates the genuine quality of Soufflenheim pottery.
