The Potteries of Soufflenheim are fired at over 1000°C, these high-quality pottery will withstand baking in your traditional oven without any concerns. Practical and versatile, this mould is also suitable in the microwave and dishwasher, making your daily kitchen life easier.

You can sometimes observe very thin cracks in the enamel of the Kougelhopf molds. These micro-cracks are essential to allow the clay in the pottery to expand and contract during temperature changes without breaking. They are more or less visible depending on the piece and colour, and naturally become more pronounced over time and with repeated use.

Technical Note : A natural shrinkage of pottery of between 2 and 8% of the mould diameter is completely normal and inevitable. This phenomenon is due to water evaporation transforming into gas, leading to a gradual bringing together of the molecules.
