Clean your fir tree bowl with warm water and a sponge or brush (non-metallic) and washing-up liquid. Once dry, store your bowl in a dry, well-ventilated location.
You may sometimes observe very fine cracks in the enamel on the Fir Tree Bowl Nature Heart Frieze. These micro-cracks are essential to allow the clay in the pottery to expand and contract without breaking. They are more or less visible depending on the piece and the colour, becoming more pronounced over time and with frequent use. This characteristic is evidence of the authenticity of your handcrafted Alsatian pottery piece.
